The hotel had a convenient location near the Marques metro and beautiful Edward VII gardens, making it perfect for catching bus tours. The rooms were a bit old and noisy but had three beds available. The service was top-notch, especially from the accommodating staff member named Diana. The dining experience, priced at €7.50, was adequate with a selection of cakes and pastries. Overall, a great value for the price.
My 2-day stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were perfect and clean, but with some minor issues like a strong shower pressure that led to a broken handle and dampness by the window; the spaciousness and great view made up for it. The service was nice and exceptionally helpful when needed. The location was just perfect in the center of Lisbon, with the monument at Marques de Pombal Square just opposite. The dining experience, while adequate, could use some improvement with more variety.
I had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were perfect and clean, although there were some issues with the shower pressure causing the handle to break. The dampness at the window didn’t bother me much. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location, while convenient, may not suit everyone due to being between two metro stops.
